  15. THE SMART HOMEOWNER is intended to help you make the right decision on
  16. the various financial choices you face in the process of buying or owning
  17. your home. With its help, a few hours of analysis/what-if's could save you
  18. many hundreds of times its $34.95 registration fee. Features such as buy or
  19. rent, loan choices, prepayment options, PMI removal, home equity options and
  20. refinancings are handled in an easy-to-use manner understandable to the
  21. layman. You can analyze financial projections based on user-selectable
  22. historical variations in key interest rates. Complete on-line help feature.
